We may use keyword inputs and report data to generate reports, improve internal keyword logic, maintain cached report data, and provide better keyword suggestions. Paid reports may use stored AdsKeyHub data, internal processing, or external keyword data providers when enabled.
4. Payments and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid orders and may process payment details, tax, invoices, transaction records, and customer support related to payments and returns.
AdsKeyHub does not store your full card number or full payment credentials. Those details are handled by Paddle and the payment methods available in Paddle Checkout.
5. Email and Brevo
AdsKeyHub may use Brevo or SMTP email infrastructure to send account-related emails, including email verification, resend verification, password reset, and contact form replies.
If email sandbox or drop mode is enabled, messages may be suppressed for testing and may not be sent to the recipient.
6. Keyword data providers
When external provider mode is enabled, AdsKeyHub may send keyword phrases, location settings, language settings, and related report parameters to keyword data providers such as DataForSEO for the purpose of creating paid keyword reports.
Some topics may be blocked or unsupported before processing because of provider rules, legal risk, safety rules, or AdsKeyHub policy filters.
7. Cookies and sessions
AdsKeyHub may use cookies or similar session technologies to keep users logged in, remember account sessions, protect forms, prevent abuse, and support the paid report interface.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only where needed to operate the service, process payments, send account emails, provide keyword reports, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or protect the service.
9. Data retention
We keep account, credit, payment reference, report, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate credit and payment history.
Contact form messages and support information may be kept for as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain service records.
