1. Who we are
AdsKeyHub provides keyword research and planning tools for users preparing their own advertising campaigns. You can contact us through the Contact page on this website.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including your email address, account details, login information, contact form messages, password reset requests, and paid report activity.
When you use the keyword tools, we may process your phrases, selected location, language and period, saved reports, forecast settings such as budget and bid, public URLs submitted for site ideas, downloads, and related usage information.
We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, session data, security logs, request logs, and basic analytics or diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, verify email addresses, reset passwords, create keyword reports, manage report credits, process support messages, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and protect the service from fraud or unauthorized access.
We use submitted inputs and saved results to provide the reports and optional planning tools you request, let you reopen saved results, and improve the service. To provide a requested result, relevant inputs may be processed by Google Ads API or another keyword data service.
4. Payments and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid orders and may process payment details, tax, invoices, transaction records, and customer support related to payments and returns.
AdsKeyHub does not store your full card number or full payment credentials. Those details are handled by Paddle and the payment methods available in Paddle Checkout.
5. Email and Brevo
AdsKeyHub may use Brevo or SMTP email infrastructure to send account-related emails, including email verification, resend verification, password reset, and contact form replies.
6. Keyword data services
When you request a report or optional result, AdsKeyHub may send the relevant keyword phrases, location, language, period, public URL, or forecast settings to the selected keyword data service to obtain that result. We save the result so you can reopen it where the feature supports saved results.
Some topics may be blocked or unsupported because of legal, safety, or quality restrictions.
7. Google Ads API connection
AdsKeyHub uses its own Google Ads API connection to request keyword ideas, historical metrics, available theme labels, site-based ideas, and forecasts for the planning tools you choose.
You do not need to connect your own Google account. AdsKeyHub does not access your Google Ads campaigns or create or manage campaigns in your account.
The inputs needed for a requested Google-powered result are sent to the Google Ads API. AdsKeyHub stores the returned result as described in this policy.
8. Cookies and sessions
AdsKeyHub may use cookies or similar session technologies to keep users logged in, remember account sessions, protect forms, prevent abuse, and support the paid report interface.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only where needed to operate the service, process payments, send account emails, provide keyword reports, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or protect the service.
10. Data retention
We keep account, credit, payment reference, report, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain accurate credit and payment history.
Contact form messages and support information may be kept for as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain service records.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data, paid report data, payment references, and service logs. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and data loss.
12. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to request a copy of your data or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
