These Terms of Service govern your use of AdsKeyHub, including the free keyword suggestion tool, paid keyword reports, user accounts, and report credits.
1. What AdsKeyHub does
AdsKeyHub helps users discover keyword ideas, compare search demand, and prepare better keyword research reports. The free tool provides keyword suggestions and simple competition labels. The paid tool creates larger keyword reports with broader keyword pools and estimated metrics.
AdsKeyHub is a keyword research and planning tool. It does not guarantee search rankings, advertising results, website traffic, revenue, or business outcomes.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens in your account. AdsKeyHub may require email verification before paid features, purchases, or account recovery features are available.
3. Free keyword tool
The free keyword tool is provided for research and discovery. Free keyword suggestions and competition labels are estimates and should not be treated as exact advertising metrics.
4. Paid report credits
Paid report credits are used to generate paid keyword reports. One report credit starts one paid keyword report. It does not mean one single answer or one single keyword row.
A paid report may include a broad pool of keyword ideas and related rows. A report can be based on one main keyword or phrase and, where available, related seed phrases. AdsKeyHub may internally expand or combine relevant seed phrases, up to 20 seed phrases, to create a broader report.
After a paid report is generated, you can use the results inside that report during the active session without spending another report credit. This includes viewing the report, opening related rows, using report navigation, and downloading available exports when the interface allows it. Starting a new paid report or submitting a new paid search may require another report credit.
5. Data and estimates
Paid reports may use stored AdsKeyHub data, cached data, internal keyword logic, or external keyword data providers when enabled. Keyword volumes, competition values, and related metrics can be delayed, incomplete, rounded, estimated, or unavailable for some topics.
Some topics may be blocked or unsupported because of provider policies, platform restrictions, legal risk, safety rules, or AdsKeyHub quality filters.
6. Payments
Payments for report credits are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid orders and may handle payment processing, tax, invoices, customer support related to payments, and returns under Paddle’s buyer terms and refund rules.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
AdsKeyHub does not store your card number or full payment credentials. Payment details are handled by Paddle and the payment methods available in Paddle Checkout.
7. Packages and pricing
AdsKeyHub may offer packages such as Starter, Basic, and Pro. Each package grants a stated number of report credits. Prices, packages, and credit amounts may change, but changes do not remove credits that were already added to your account after a completed purchase.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the AdsKeyHub Refund Policy and Paddle’s refund process. Unused credits may be eligible for review within the applicable refund window. Credits that were already used to generate paid reports are normally not refundable, except where required by law or where a technical failure prevented delivery of the paid report.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse AdsKeyHub, attempt to bypass security controls, overload the service, scrape protected pages, resell access without permission, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or restricted topics.
10. Availability
AdsKeyHub may be updated, changed, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every report, feature, or dataset.
11. Limitation of liability
AdsKeyHub is provided as a research tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AdsKeyHub is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost traffic, lost rankings, advertising losses, or business decisions made using keyword data or report outputs.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service when the service, payment flow, provider setup, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
