This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for AdsKeyHub paid report credits and paid keyword reports.
1. Payments are processed by Paddle
Payments for AdsKeyHub report credits are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid orders and may handle payment processing, invoices, taxes, buyer support, and refunds.
If you made a purchase through Paddle, you may be able to request a refund through your Paddle receipt, Paddle buyer support, or Paddle’s order support system.
2. What you buy
AdsKeyHub sells report credit packages. Report credits are used to generate paid keyword reports.
One report credit starts one paid keyword report. A paid report is not one single answer. It may include a broader pool of keyword ideas, related rows, estimated metrics, and internal seed expansion up to 20 seed phrases where relevant.
3. Unused report credits
Unused report credits may be eligible for refund review within the applicable refund window, subject to Paddle’s refund process, local law, and the status of the payment.
If you purchased the wrong package or made a duplicate purchase, contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible. We will review the case and may direct you to Paddle support where required.
4. Used report credits
Credits that have already been used to generate paid reports are normally not refundable, because the digital service has already been delivered.
We may review used-credit refund requests if a technical failure prevented delivery of the paid report, if a duplicate charge occurred, or if a refund is required by applicable law.
5. Technical problems
If a payment was completed but credits did not appear in your AdsKeyHub account, contact us through the Contact page. Please include the email address used for your AdsKeyHub account and the Paddle order or receipt information if available.
Do not make repeated purchases to solve a missing-credit issue. We can check the payment status, webhook status, credit ledger, and account balance.
6. Unsupported or blocked topics
Some keyword topics may be blocked or unsupported because of provider rules, legal risk, safety rules, or AdsKeyHub policy filters. If a request is blocked before a paid report is created and no report credit is spent, there is no purchase or report charge to refund for that blocked request.
7. How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Paddle. Processing time may depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer’s bank or payment provider.
